Privacy Policy

Effective September 24, 2026. Beatwired™ is operated by Be North LLC.

This policy covers the Beatwired app and beatwired.com. It’s short because we collect almost nothing.

The app

What stays on your device. Your sessions, check-ins, streaks, minutes, and progress are stored only on your phone. They’re never sent to us or anyone else. There’s no account, no sign-in, and no analytics or advertising trackers in the app. Deleting the app deletes this data.

Subscriptions. Payment is handled entirely by Apple. We never see your name, email, or payment details. To know whether to unlock Pro, the app uses RevenueCat, a subscription service. RevenueCat assigns your device a random, anonymous ID and records which subscription it has. That ID isn’t linked to your identity, and it isn’t used for advertising or tracking. RevenueCat handles this on our behalf under its own privacy policy.

Pattern videos. The practice videos are streamed from Cloudflare’s storage service. As with loading any web page, Cloudflare receives your device’s network address in order to deliver the video. We don’t collect or use it.

The website and waitlist

If you join the waitlist, we collect one thing: your email address. We use it to share Beatwired news and updates, and we will never sell or rent it or use it for anything unrelated to Beatwired. Waitlist emails are stored with Kit, the email service that powers our signup form, under its own privacy policy.

This site is hosted by Squarespace, which records basic visit information (such as pages viewed, browser and device type, referring site, and approximate location) and may use cookies to do so. We see this only as overall totals, like how many people visited a page, and we don’t use it to identify you. Squarespace handles it under its own privacy policy. The site has no advertising trackers.

Leaving the list

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you immediately. You can also ask us to delete your address entirely by emailing support@beatwired.com, and we’ll confirm when it’s done.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EU/UK under GDPR and California under CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. The only personal data we hold is a waitlist email address. Your app data lives on your device, where you control it. Any request is one message away: support@beatwired.com.

Children

Beatwired is designed for teens and adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. The app collects none from anyone, and if you believe a child has joined the waitlist, email us and we’ll remove the address.

Changes

If what we collect changes, this page changes first, before the app does, with a new effective date above.
