This policy covers beatwired.com while we're pre-launch. It's short because we collect almost nothing. When the Beatwired app launches, this policy will be updated to cover it — before launch, not after.

WHAT WE COLLECT

One thing: your email address, and only if you choose to join the waitlist. We don't collect names, locations, or health information, and this site uses no analytics or advertising trackers.

HOW WE USE IT

To tell you when Beatwired launches and share occasional pre-launch updates. That's it. We will never sell or rent your email address, and we won't use it for anything unrelated to Beatwired.

WHERE IT'S STORED

Waitlist emails are stored with ConvertKit (Kit), the email service that powers our signup form. ConvertKit processes your email on our behalf under its own privacy policy. No other third party receives your information.

LEAVING THE LIST

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you immediately. You can also ask us to delete your address entirely by emailing support@beatwired.com, and we'll confirm when it's done.

YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on where you live (including the EU/UK under GDPR and California under CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Since all we hold is an email address, any of these requests is one message away: support@beatwired.com.

CHILDREN

This site and waitlist are intended for adults and teens. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13; if you believe a child has joined the waitlist, email us and we'll remove the address.

CHANGES

If this policy changes — for example, when the app launches — we'll update this page and the effective date above before the change takes effect.
