Under-stimulated is a real state. Here's what to play when you're in it.

ADHD resources talk endlessly about overwhelm. They talk far less about its opposite: the flat, restless, can't-start-anything state of under-arousal that many ADHD brains know intimately.

Stimulation is the intervention

An under-aroused brain doesn't need calming. It needs activation. That's why the app's check-in has three states, not a single "stress level" slider.

Tap "Under-stimulated" and the session changes shape: faster tempos, alternating-hand patterns, novelty-forward exercises. Energy activators, not anchor grooves.

Why rhythm works here

Fast, physical, slightly challenging patterns aim at the engagement an under-aroused brain is hunting for. In our experience, ten minutes of that can make starting the rest of your day feel easier. That's our experience, not a study result.

The state is real. The session should be too.
